The Secretary,
Delimitation Commission,
Nirvachan Sadan,
Ashoka Road, NEW DELHI – 1100 001.
Sub: Delimitation of Parliament Constituencies (reserved for SCs)-req.reg.
Respected Sir,
There are, at present, six SC reserved Parliament Constituencies in Andhra Pradesh respectively, 1. Nagarkurnool, 2. Siddipet, 3. Peddapally, 4. Tirupathi, 5. Nellore and 6. Amalapuram.
However, I am glad that the Delimitation Commission has increased one more Constituency added to existing six.
For the last 50 years, Madiga communities, which are majority SCs in AP have been deprived of representation in the Parliament. Mala communities, which are in less population as compared to Madigas, have been appropriating the opportunities and got exorbitant political representation. For example, four of the present Parliament SC Constituencies are represented by Mala communities.
In order to prevent further deprivation of Madigas from political representation and also to ensure representation based on population proportions, the following proposals are herewith submitted.
Nagarkurnool, Siddipet and Peddapally SC reserved Parliament Constituencies must remain as they are.
Amalapuram SC reserved Parliament Constituency be shifted to Narsaraopet SC reserved Parliament Constituency.
Nellore SC reserved Parliament Constituency be shifted to Ongole SC reserved Parliament Constituency. In alternative, Markapur be created as Parliament Constituency and then be researved for SCs.
Tirupathi SC reserved Parliament Constituency be shifted to Ananthapur/Hindupur SC reserved Parliament Constituency.
Newly included SC reserved Parliament Constituency be formed at Kurnool/Nandyal.
The above proposals may kindly be considered to ensure justice of Madiga communities in political representations.
Thanking you Sir,
Yours sincerely,
(Krupakar Madiga)

SOLUTION
* An armed society is a POLITE society.
* And it is not FEAR that keeps us polite -- it is RESPONSIBILITY.
* I suppose every Madiga in India OWN a hand gun to protect their INTEGRITY and for SELF-DEFENSE.
* And arms LICENSE from Police Department costs just 100 rupees in India.
