Respected Sir,

Distribution of SC Reservation opportunities to all the 59 castes of SCs proportionately, based on their population, has been the demand and struggle of Madigas (Charmakars) and Rellies (Manual Scavengers) of Andhra Pradesh, for the last 30 years.

In this regard, I express my deep gratitude for assuming the office of one man Commission.

There is an urgent need for providing equal distribution of reservation benefits to all communities of SCs at least in the forthcoming academic year. To this extent, there is a need for the Parliament to make an Act well before the next academic year (2007-08).

In the light of above, we request you to kindly complete the Commission’s report within three months.
